I was born in Worthing, E.Sussex on 14th November 1955, I have two brothers and my elder sister Marion. Both my parents have now died. I am married to Steven and have three children, Christopher, Alexandre and Nicole. My working career for 13 years was in the Hertfordshire Police Force. I Qualified as an Aerobics instructor, in 1996. If you want to keep fit and healthy, check out our class lists I Qualified for the BACR phase IV certificate. ( Cardiac Rehabilitation ) in June 2000. In June 2001 I qualified in teaching the Older Person. The Hertfordshire Health Authority are now using my experience, as from January 2002, I will be evaluating persons referred by their G.P.'s as requiring assistance in evaluating their exercise needs in relation to their health situation.
